Tracking & Route Planning
We use GPS within defined tracking windows—typically beginning one hour before a scheduled route and ending several hours after—to monitor drivers' progress through stops. We detect arrivals based on geofences around addresses and mark skipped stops if they fall outside the planned order or time window.
Privacy Mode
Drivers may temporarily pause GPS tracking (e.g., privacy mode). When paused, the last known location is shown, and tracking resumes automatically after a set duration or when a route resumes.

We may use cookies or similar technologies to improve app performance and enhance your experience. These do not directly identify you.
How We Use Your Data
- To show upcoming route trips and optimize navigation.
- To allow dispatchers to reroute, send updates, and monitor real-time progress.

SMS Communications
Users may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS text messages through the Aerton mobile application. SMS messages are used for operational and transactional communications, including job assignments, route updates, technician and driver notifications, appointment reminders, ETA notifications, delivery status updates, task alerts, and job completion confirmations.
Message frequency varies based on user activity, assigned work, and organizational usage of the Aerton platform. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Users may obtain assistance by replying HELP or by contacting support@aerton.us.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to deliver SMS communications and operate the Aerton platform.
